         Le présent marché est conclu avec un ou au maximum trois opérateurs économiques (1 lot multi- attributaire), dans la mesure où il y a un nombre suffisant d’opérateurs économiques satisfaisant aux critères de sélection et/ou d"offres recevables répondant aux critères d"attribution. Les bons de commande pour les produits figurant dans le bordereau initial seront émis par la méthode dite « en cascade », qui consiste à faire appel en priorité à l’adjudicataire le mieux-disant, i.e. l’ONA contactera en premier lieu l’adjudicataire dont l’offre a été classée première. Si celui-ci n’est pas en mesure de répondre dans les délais exigés, l’ONA pourra s’adresser à l’adjudicataire dont l’offre a été classée deuxième et ainsi de suite.

         Le présent marché est conclu pour une durée de 2 ans, allant du 01/12/2023 au 30/11/2025. Passé cette date, l’accord-cadre sera reconduit tacitement, à chaque fois d’un an, sauf résiliation par une des parties avec préavis écrit de 3 mois. En aucun cas, le marché ne pourra excéder une durée totale de 4 ans. Il prendra irrémédiablement fin au plus tard le 30/11/2027.
