VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Atsižvelgdami į tai, kad pradėjus vykdyti Sutartį atsirado poreikis užtikrinti stabilų bei kibernetiškai saugų tinklą Kauno kalėjime ir minėtų prekių nebuvo galimybės numatyti iki Sutarties sudarymo, vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimo įstatymo 89 straipsnio 1 dalies 2 punktu, papildomai perkama 4 vnt. ugniasienių B-tipo, 12 vnt. komutatorių A-tipo, 8 vnt. komutatorių B-tipo, 18 vnt. bevielių stotelių.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Atsižvelgdami į tai, kad pradėjus vykdyti Sutartį atsirado poreikis užtikrinti stabilų bei kibernetiškai saugų tinklą Kauno kalėjime ir minėtų prekių nebuvo galimybės numatyti iki Sutarties sudarymo, vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimo įstatymo 89 straipsnio 1 dalies 2 punktu, sudarytas susitarimas pirkti papildomą tinklo įrangą. Tiekėjo pakeitimas buvo negalimas dėl techninių priežasčių, tokių kaip pagal Sutartį įsigytos tinklo įrangos suderinamumas tarpusavyje su tinklo įranga įsigyjama pagal Susitarimą.
