Sutarties vykdymo metu paaiškėjo, jog dalies darbų numatytų atlikti nereikia, taip pat atsirado nenumatytų papildomų darbų, kurie yra tiesiogiai susiję su tinkamu Sutarties įvykdymu ir kuriuos sutinka atlikti Rangovas.

Rangovo pakeitimas kitu Rangovu Užsakovui sukeltų nepatogumų bei išlaidų dubliavimą ir būtų ekonomiškai nenaudingas, kas neatitiktų Užsakovo interesų lėšas naudoti kuo racionaliau.
