         Tiekėjas per 5 (penkias) darbo dienas po Sutarties pasirašymo pateikia Pirkėjui Sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimą – banko garantiją arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimą (kartu su pasiūlymo laidavimo draudimo raštu turi būti pateiktas ir pasirašytas draudimo liudijimas (polisas) bei dokumentas, įrodantis, kad draudimo įmoka už išduotą laidavimą yra sumokėta) (toliau – Sutarties užtikrinimas), kuris turi būti savarankiškas reikalavimas arba perveda Sutarties užtikrinimo suma į Pirkėjo banko sąskaitą LT30 7300 0101 2979 1336 Sutarties užtikrinimo vertė turi būti ne mažesnė kaip 10 (dešimt) procentų pradinės sutarties vertės.
