         Tiekėjai turės pateikti : Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų

         Pardavėjas įsipareigoja per 5 (penkias) darbo dienas nuo Sutarti es įsigaliojimo dienos perduoti Pirkėjui Prekes (licencijos), atitinkančias Techninėje specifikacijoje nustatytus reikalavimus. Pirkėjas už kokybiškas ir laiku perduotas Prekes įsipareigoja Pardavėjui sumokėti per 30 (trisdešimt)kalendorinių dienų po Prekių perdavimo-priėmimo akto pasirašymo ir PVM sąskaitos faktūros gavimo dienos.

         Pirkimo sutarti es įvykdymas bus užtikrinamas netesybomis (bauda, delspinigiai).
