         Tiekėjai, dalyvaujantys pirkime, turi pateikti konkurso sąlygose nustatytos formos užpildytą Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau – EBVPD). Tiekėjas, kurio pasiūlymas gali būti pripažintas laimėjusiu, turi neatitikti tiekėjų pašalinimo pagrindų ir atitikti kvalifikacijos reikalavimus.
