         Sutarties tinkamas įvykdymas yra užtikrintas netesybomis 5 proc. bauda nuo Sutartyje numatytos Pradinės sutarties vertės. Jei Tiekėjas nevykdo savo sutartinių įsipareigojimų ar vykdo juos netinkamai, Perkančioji organizacija pareikalauja sumokėti numatyto procentinio dydžio baudą nuo neįvykdytos arba netinkamai įvykdytos Sutarties dalies vertės. Prieš pateikdama reikalavimą sumokėti baudą, Perkančioji organizacija įspėja apie tai Tiekėją, nurodydama, dėl kokių sutartinių įsipareigojimų nevykdymo arba netinkamo vykdymo pateikia šį reikalavimą bei nurodo protingą terminą trūkumams pašalinti.
