        Tiekėjas turi pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (EBVPD) – aktualią redakciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra šalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis VPĮ 46 str. nuostatomis.

        Jei Tiekėjas ne dėl Pirkėjo kaltės nepristato techninę specifikaciją atitikančių Prekių nustatytu terminu, Pirkėjas turi teisę be oficialaus įspėjimo ir nesumažindamas kitų savo teisių gynimo būdų pradėti skaičiuoti 0,05 % dydžio delspinigius nuo laiku nepatiektų Prekių kainos už kiekvieną termino praleidimo dieną, bet ne ilgiau kaip 30 dienų nuo termino praleidimo dienos. Už kokybiškas, techninės specifikacijos reikalavimus atitinkančias pristatytas ir priimtas Prekes Pirkėjas atsiskaitys per 30 (trisdešimt) kalendorinių dienų nuo PVM sąskaitos faktūros gavimo dienos.
