         Tiekėjas (taip pat ir tiekėjų grupės nariai, jei pasiūlymą pateikia teikėjų grupė) ir ūkio subjektai, kurių pajėgumais remiasi tiekėjas, turi atitikti reikalavimus dėl pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimo. Tiekėjas pasiūlyme turi pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (EBVPD). Visų pagal EBVPD reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą laimėtoją

         Sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimo forma yra banko garantija, išduota banko ar kitos kredito įstaigos (pagal Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.93 str.) arba laidavimas (laidavimo sutartis), išduotas draudimo bendrovės (pagal Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.76 ir 6.77 str.). Sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimo vertė turi būti ne mažesnė kaip 1 200,00 Eur (I pirkimo objekto dalis) 800,00 Eur (II pirkimo objekto dalis)

      Pirkimas kartojamas po atviro tarptautinio konkurso, vykdyto CVP IS priemonėmis Nr. 678376, kuriame šioms dviems pirkimo objekto dalims nebuvo gauti pasiūlymai. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad

      1) Projekto „Skaitmeninė švietimo transformacija“ įgyvendinimo pabaiga yra 2024 m. birželio mėnuo, t. y. ribotas ES struktūrinių fondų lėšų įsisavinimas;

      2) Pirkimo dokumentai nekeičiami ir potencialūs pirkimo dalyviai turėjo galimybę susipažinti su jais, kai buvo vykdomas prieš tai vykęs Pirkimas;

      3) preliminarus Paslaugų suteikimo terminas, atsižvelgiant į Projekto įgyvendinimo termino pabaigą ir minimalius (realiai tinkamus) paslaugų suteikimo terminus, sutrumpintas iki 6 mėnesių (prieš tai vykdytame Pirkime šis terminas buvo 8 mėnesiai) ir nėra galimybės labiau trumpinti Paslaugų suteikimo termino, nes Pirkimo objektas yra sudėtingas ir jo sukūrimas yra imlus laikui.
