         Tiekėjas privalo neturėti nustatytų tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų.          Sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimui garantijos ar laidavimo dokumento nereikalaujama. Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas Sutarties Specialiųjų sąlygų 7 punkte nustatytomis netesybomis – delspinigiais ir bauda.

         Pardavėjas per 7 (penkias) darbo dienas nuo Sutarties pasirašymo dienos kartu su avansinio mokėjimo sąskaita pateikia Pirkėjui avanso gražinimo užtikrinimą prašomo avansinio mokėjimo sumai, nurodytai Sutarties Specialiųjų sąlygų 2.5.1 papunktyje.

         Pardavėjas prieš pateikdamas avanso grąžinimo užtikrinimą – pasirašytą Lietuvos Respublikoje ar užsienyje registruoto banko išduoto banko garantijos rašto originalą arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimo draudimo raštą ir poliso originalą (toliau bendrai vadinama – raštas), įsipareigoja pateikti susipažinimui rašto ir jį detalizuojančių ir/ar paaiškinančių dokumentų projektus
