         Tiekėjas per 5 darbo dienas po sutarties pasirašymo pateikia pirkėjui sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimą – banko garantiją arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimą, kuris turi būti savarankiškas reikalavimas. Sutarties užtikrinimo vertė turi būti ne mažesnė kaip 5 proc. pradinės sutarties vertės. Pirkėjas už perduotas prekes apmoka tiekėjui ne vėliau kaip per 30 kalendorinių dienų nuo prekių gavimo,perdavimo- priėmimo dokumento pasirašymo ir sąskaitos gavimo, priklausomai nuo to, kas įvyksta vėliausiai (t. y. turi būti išpildytos visos sąlygos).
