         Jeigu Pardavėjas nevykdo, netinkamai vykdo ar vėluoja vykdyti sutartinius įsipareigojimus per Sutartyje ir (ar) Techninėje specifikacijoje nurodytus terminus, Pirkėjui raštu pareikalavus, Pardavėjas turi sumokėti 0,02 % dydžio delspinigius nuo Sutarties vertės Eur su PVM, už kiekvieną uždelstą vykdyti ar ištaisyti netinkamai vykdomus sutartinius įsipareigojimus dieną.

         Bauda, taikoma Pardavėjui, nutraukus Sutartį dėl esminio Sutarties pažeidimo – 10 proc. nuo Sutarties vertės Eur su PVM.

         Bauda Pardavėjui už Subtiekėjo pakeitimą be Pirkėjo raštiško sutikimo – 5 proc. nuo Sutarties vertės Eur su PVM.
