         1.Pardavėjas patvirtina, kad jam žinoma, kad Pirkėjas yra Sveikatos priežiūros įstaiga teikianti skubią medicininę pagalbą, todėl Pardavėjo įsipareigojimų įvykdymo terminų laikymasis pagal šią Sutartį turi ypatingą reikšmę visuomenės interesui: kokybiškų asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų užtikrinimui. Atsižvelgiant į tai, Pardavėjui taikomos padidintos atsakomybės priemonės už prievolių pažeidimą.

         2.Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas 10 % maksimalios Sutarties vertės su PVM dydžio bauda.
