         Pardavėjui vėluojant Sutartyje nustatyta tvarka ir terminais pristatyti bei pilnai paruošti eksploatacijai (įskaitant Pirkėjo darbuotojų apmokymą) Prekę, Pardavėjas moka Pirkėjui už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną 0,02 proc. dydžio delspinigius nuo Prekės kainos be PVM.
