         Jei Tiekėjas ne dėl Pirkėjo kaltės vėluoja pristatyti Prekes per savo pasiūlyme nurodytą prekių pristatymo terminą, kuriam buvo skirti balai išrenkant ekonomiškai naudingiausią pasiūlymą, Tiekėjui skiriama 300 Eur bauda už kiekvieną vėlavimo dieną, neviršijant nustatyto maksimalaus 210 dienų Prekių pristatymo termino. Vėlavimui viršijus maksimalų 210 dienų pristatymo terminą, toliau skaičiuojami 0,04 proc. dydžio delspinigiai nuo Tiekėjo laiku neįvykdytų įsipareigojimų dalies už kiekvieną termino praleidimo dieną, neviršijant 10 proc. Sutarties kainos.
