         Tiekėjai privalo pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą aktualią deklaraciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 45 straipsnio nuostatomis.

         Sutarties tinkamas įvykdymas yra užtikrintas netesybomis – 10 proc. bauda nuo Sutartyje numatytos maksimalios Sutarties vertės arba, kai tai įmanoma pagal Sutarties pobūdį, nuo neįvykdytos arba netinkamai įvykdytos Sutarties dalyko sudėtinės dalies kainos be PVM.

         Pirkėjas, uždelsęs atsiskaityti su Tiekėju Sutartyje nustatytais terminais, įsipareigoja, Tiekėjui pareikalavus, sumokėti Tiekėjui 0,03 proc. nuo neapmokėtos sąskaitos dydžio be PVM delspinigius už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną.

         Jei Tiekėjas vėluoja vykdyti savo įsipareigojimus šioje Sutartyje ir jos prieduose nustatytais terminais, Pirkėjas be oficialaus įspėjimo ir nesumažindamas kitų savo teisių gynimo būdų gali pradėti skaičiuoti 0,03 proc. dydžio delspinigius nuo Tiekėjo laiku neįvykdytų įsipareigojimų dalies kainos be PVM už kiekvieną termino praleidimo dieną.
