    Perkančioji organizacija reikalauja, kad tiekėjai pateiktų Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą – aktualią deklaraciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 45 straipsnio nuostatomis. Europos bendrasis viešųjų pirkimų dokumentas parengiamas pagal standartinę formą, kuri yra patvirtinta 2016 m. sausio 5 d. Komisijos įgyvendinimo reglamentu (ES) 2016/7, kuriuo nustatoma Europos bendrojo viešųjų pirkimų dokumento standartinė forma (OL 2016 L 3, p. 16). Norintieji pildyti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą elektroniniu būdu, naudojasi Europos Komisijos sukurta elektronine forma.
    
    Perkančiajai organizacijai atlikus EBVPD patikrinimo procedūrą, patikrinus pasiūlymus ir išrinkus galimą laimėtoją, tik jo yra prašomi dokumentai, patvirtinantys pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimą.
