         Banko garantijos ar draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštu užtikrinama suma suma žodžiais) (7% nuo Sutarties specialios dalies 2.2 punkte nurodytos sumos be PVM). Jei sutartis bus pratęsta, atitinkamai per 7 darbo dienos nuo Sutarties pratęsimo, pateikiama nauja banko garantija ar draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštas 7 % nuo pratęstos Sutarties sumos(3 (trečios) prekės vieneto vertės) be PVM. Jeigu vienu metu bus užsakomos visos trys Prekės, banko garantijos ar draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštas turi būti pateiktas 7 % nuo Sutarties specialiosios dalies 2.1 punkte nurodytos maksimalios Sutarties kainos be PVM

         Banko garantijos ar draudimo bendrovės laidavimo rašto galiojimo bendras terminas turi būti ne trumpesnis kaip 14 (keturiolika) mėnesių nuo Sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos (arba nuo Sutarties pratęsimo). Banko garantija ar draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštas privalo atitikti Sutarties Bendrosios dalies 12.1, 12.2 ir 12.3 punktuose nurodytus reikalavimus.
