         Tiekėjas privalo neturėti nustatytų tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų. Dėl kiekvieno ūkio subjekto (tiekėjas, jungtinės veiklos partneriai [jeigu pasiūlymą teikia ūkio subjektų grupė] ir/ar kiti ūkio subjektai [jeigu jų pajėgumais remiamasi]) atskirai turi pateikti tų ūkio subjektų tinkamai užpildytą ir pasirašytą EBVPD (žr. 5 PAGD PD EBPVD, pildomas jį įkėlus į Viešųjų pirkimų tarnybos interneto svetainę https://ebvpd.eviesiejipirkimai.lt/espd-web/ ) bei Tiekėjo deklaraciją (dokumentą „7 PAGD PD Tiekėjo deklaracija“).

         Contract performance conditions:

         Reikalavimai pirkimo sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimui nustatyti sutarties projekte. Pirkėjas, uždelsęs sumokėti Sutartyje papunktyje nustatyta tvarka ir terminais, įsipareigoja Paslaugų teikėjui pareikalavus mokėti 0,02 procento dydžio delspinigius nuo neapmokėtos sąskaitos dydžio už kiekvieną uždelstą kalendorinę dieną. Delspinigių negali būti reikalaujama už laikotarpį, kuriam buvo pratęstas apmokėjimo terminas Sutartyje nustatytais atvejais.

         Paslaugų teikėjas, uždelsęs suteikti Paslaugas arba įvykdyti garantinius įsipareigojimus Sutarties Specialiosiose sąlygose nustatyta tvarka ir terminais, Pirkėjo reikalavimu moka Pirkėjui 0,02 (dviejų šimtųjų) procento dydžio delspinigius nuo nesuteiktų Paslaugų vertės už kiekvieną uždelstą kalendorinę dieną. Delspinigių negali būti reikalaujama už laikotarpį, kuriam buvo pratęstas apmokėjimo terminas Sutartyje nustatytais atvejais.
