         Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas netesybomis (LR CK 6.70 str.1 d.): jeigu Pardavėjas po Sutarties įsigaliojimo nesilaiko Sutartyje nustatyto Prekių pristatymo termino, jis Pirkėjui moka 0,02 proc. dydžio delspinigius nuo laiku nepristatytų Prekių vertės už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną. Jei Pirkėjas neapmoka už gautas prekes per nustatytą laiką, jis, Pardavėjui pareikalavus, moka Pardavėjui 0,02 proc. dydžio delspinigius nuo uždelstos apmokėti sumos už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną iki tinkamo įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
