        Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas netesybomis (LR CK 6.70 str.1 d.): jeigu Pardavėjas po Sutarties įsigaliojimo nesilaiko Sutartyje nustatyto Prekių pristatymo termino, jis Pirkėjui moka 0,02 proc. dydžio delspinigius nuo laiku nepristatytų Prekių vertės už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną.
