        Tiekėjas, teikdamas pasiūlymą, turi pateikti EBVPD - aktualią deklaraciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad tiekėjas ir ūkio subjektai, kurių pajėgumais jis remiasi pagal VPĮ 49 straipsnį, atitinka pirkimo dokumentuose pagal VPĮ 46, 47, 48 straipsnius nustatytus reikalavimus dėl pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimo, kvalifikacijos reikalavimus, reikalavimus dėl kokybės vadybos sistemos ir (arba) aplinkos apsaugos vadybos sistemos standartų laikymosi. Kartu su pasiūlymu tiekėjas turi pateikti užpildytą deklaraciją dėl (ne)atitikties Reglamento nuostatoms, kuri pateikta Pirkimo sąlygų 8 ir/ar 9 priede.
