Saskaņā ar līguma noteikumiem tika palielināta līguma kopējā summa, bet saskaņā ar PIL 61.panta trešās daļas 3.punkta noteikumiem tika pagarināts līguma izpildes termiņš līdz 2023.gada 31.decembrim (Sociālais dienests)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Līdz iepirkuma līguma darbības laika beigām vēl nav pieņemts lēmums jaunajā iepirkumā. Ņemot vērā to, ka pasūtītājam ir jānodrošina pārtikas produktu piegāžu nepārtrauktība, tika pagarināts spēkā esošā līguma termiņš.
