      PSIA “GARKALNES KOMUNĀLSERVISS” nodrošina ceļu un ielu uzturēšanu, kā arī siltumapgādi iedzīvotājiem. Pasūtītājam ir svarīgi, lai netiktu pārtraukts pakalpojumu nodrošināšanas process, ja strauji mainās laika apstākļi. Ņemot vērā, ka tuvojas līguma par degvielas iegādi darbības termiņa beigas, atbilstoši MK Nr. 107 5.punkta noteikumiem Pasūtītājam steidzamības dēļ nav iespējams piemērot atklātā konkursā noteikto standarta piedāvājumu iesniegšanas termiņu, tādēļ Pasūtītājs ir nolēmis noteikt saīsinātu piedāvājumu iesniegšanas termiņu.
