VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Papildu darbi saistīti ar izmaiņām būvprojektā, kas paredz jaunu risinājumu 1520mm sliežu ceļu savienojamam ar esošo 1520mm infrastruktūru dzelzceļa stacijā "Iecava". Izmaiņas paredz papildu 1,8 km dzelzceļa infrastruktūras projektēšanu, kura ietver izpētes, inženierbūves, ceļus un saistītos objektus.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Papildu darbi ir savstarpēji cieši saistīti ar citiem būvprojekta risinājumiem, līdz ar to tos nav iespējams tehniski atdalīt no būvprojekta sadaļu risinājumiem līguma ietvaros. Pakalpojuma sniedzēja (būvprojektētāja) maiņa radītu būtisku ietekmi uz projekta ieviešanas gaitu un radītu ievērojamas grūtības, tostarp radītu būtisku ietekmi uz būvdarbu veikšanu un projekta realizāciju tam noteiktajos termiņos.
