Preces piegāde nav iespējama ģeopolitiskās situācijas radītās elektronisko komponentu un izejmateriālu piegādes kavējumu tā trūkuma dēļ, līdz ar ko ietekmēta loģistikas nozare Preces piegādē, kas nepakļaujas Pušu kontrolei, un kas objektīvi aizkavē, bet nepadara neiespējamu Līgumā noteikto saistību izpildi.
