radušies objektīvi, iepriekš neparedzami apstākļi Pasūtītāja īstenotajā Projektā saistībā ar Projekta īstenošanai apstiprinātajā stratēģijā “Kultūras un sporta kvartāla Grīziņkalnā teritorijas attīstības stratēģija” veicamajām aktualizācijām un nepieciešamajiem Projekta grozījumiem, tostarp, jautājumos saistībā ar Projekta īstenošanas termiņa pagarinājumu līdz 2023.gada 31.decembrim atbilstoši Ministru kabineta 2022.gada 22.marta sēdes protokolam Nr.17 – 34.§ Informatīvais ziņojums “Par Kohēzijas politikas Eiropas Savienības fondu investīciju aktualitātēm līdz 2022.gada 1.februārim (pusgada ziņojums)”, nepieciešamajām izmaiņām īstenojamajās infrastruktūras vienībās un papildu nepieciešamajiem neparedzētiem darbiem, kuriem ir nepieciešams nodrošināt nepārtrauktu Pakalpojumu pilnā apjomā
