Project Title: Kiribati Digital Government Project, Pacific Regional Connectivity Project, Kiribati COVID-19 Emergency Project, Kiribati Outer Island Resilience and Adaptation Project.

Contract Name: Project Vehicles

1. KDGP, PRCP, COVID-19, KOIRAP are financed by the World Bank through the above-mentioned funding. The Kiribati Fiduciary Service Unit on behalf of these projects invite quotations from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of SIX project vehicles to Tarawa, Kiribati grouped in the following lots:

Bidders are required to bid on all lots together. The evaluation will be done on the total price for all lots. The successful Bidder will be required to sign individual contracts for each lot.

2. To be eligible to bid, the bidder must provide evidence of after-sales facilities in Kiribati.

3. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.

4. Quotations must be delivered to by email on or before February 29, 2024. Late quotations may be rejected.
