Dear Prospective Suppliers,
You are hereby invited to submit your quotations for the supply of goods for fencing a fruit orchard covering an area of 136 hectares in the Sairam-Ugam State National Natural Park. Information on the goods to be procured is provided in Annexes 2, 3, and 4 to this Request.
The contract will be awarded to the company offering goods that meet the technical specifications outlined in Annex 3 at the lowest price.
Place of delivery: Sairam-Ugam State National Natural Park.

Your quotation in Russian must be accompanied by the completed, signed, and stamped (if applicable) following documents:
Annex 1 (Quotation Form);
Annex 2 (Prices and Delivery Schedule);
Annex 3 (Technical Specifications);
Annex 4 (Terms and Delivery Conditions).
All documents must be numbered, bound, sealed, and submitted in an envelope to the following address:

The deadline for submission of your quotation to the address указанному в пункте 3: by February 17, 2025.
The attached terms and conditions of procurement are an integral part of the contract.
(i) PRICES: Prices must be quoted in KZT and include all customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges applicable to the import of goods into Kazakhstan, as well as VAT in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and insurance coverage against damage or loss during delivery in accordance with the technical specifications.
(ii) EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS: Quotations that substantially comply with the technical specifications will be evaluated for each lot by comparing their prices. In evaluating
quotations, the Purchaser will determine the lowest price for each lot by correcting any arithmetic errors as follows:
(a) in case of discrepancy between amounts in figures and in words, the amount in words shall prevail;
(b) in case of discrepancy between the unit price and the total price obtained by multiplying the unit price by the quantity, the unit price shall prevail;
(c) if the Supplier refuses to accept the correction, the quotation shall be rejected.
The evaluated price shall include all costs as specified above.
(iii) AWARD OF PURCHASE ORDER: The purchase order will be awarded to the bidder whose quotation has been determined to be the lowest evaluated price and who meets the required technical and financial capacity standards. The successful bidder will sign a Contract in accordance with the attached form and the terms and conditions of delivery.
(iv) VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Your quotation must remain valid for a period of 60 days from the final submission deadline specified in Clause 4 of this RFQ.
