Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HASHIMOTO Masamichi Director General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : screening automation system for Special vehicle traffic permit ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the day after contract through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation. ⑹ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/ ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A, B, C and D on "offer of services" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau from Time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening. ④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned. ⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly. ⑥ Must have a track record of the work listed in the bidding manual. ⑦ The person in charge of business management of this business must have any of the qualifications listed in the bidding manual and have practical experience. ⑻ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 13 : 00 14 April 2026 ⑼ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 28 April 2026 ⑽ Contact point for the notice : KOYAMA Rikuya No. 1 Purchase Section, Contract Division, General Affairs Department, Kanto Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 2-1 Shintoshin Chuo-Ku, Saitama-Shi, Saitama-Ken, 330-9724 Japan, TEL 048-601-3151 ex. 2537
