Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concludeing a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Software development" in "Probision of services" at Chugoku area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Foestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M., 11 May, 2026 (Registered mail : 5 : 00 P.M., 11 May, 2026) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Chugoku-Shikoku Regional Agricultural Administration Office, 1-4-1 Shimoishii Kitaku Okayama city Okayama prefecture 700-8532 Japan.
