Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hisashi Hatomoto, the Obligating Officer, Director of Budget and Accounts Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of the Environment ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation and maintenance of water quality information system from fiscal year 2026 to 2027. ⑷ Fulfillment period : as in the tender documentation ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause ; ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ; ④have Grade A or B "Service" (Service of kinds of "Soft-ware Development" or "Information processing") in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ⑤meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ; ⑥pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the bid manual ⑺ Time limit for tender : 4 : 00 PM, 30 March, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Budget and Accounts Division Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of the Environment, 1-2-2 Kasumigaseki Chiyodaku Tokyo 100-8975 Japan.
