⑶ Nature and quantity of the Services to be required : Provision of Financial Accounting and Related Services for Independent Administrative Agencies, 1 set.
⑷ Fulfillment period : As specified in the Bidding Instructions
⑸ Fulfillment place : As specified in the Bidding Instructions
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A or B "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders competitive bidding by the Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027.
④ not be suspended from transaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ the person who submitted the certifi-cates shown on tender manual and got agreement of tender participation.
⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 11 : 00 AM, 24 February, 2026.
