⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Taishi Yamamoto, Director-General, Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, Cabinet Office. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be manufactured : R8 Security Operations and Management Services for the Development and Construction Department 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A or B or C or D on "provision of services" in the Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Okinawa General Bureau, from Time limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening. ④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Cabinet Office is continuing state concerned. ⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system. ⑥ Being the person who has completed security operations and management services (SIEM) ordered by the institutions listed in item after 2011, and proved the observance of a contract results. Furthermore, isted under "Security Monitoring and Operation Services" in the Information Security Service Standards Compliance Service List published by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA). ⑺ Time limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 12 : 00 28 January, 2026 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 12 : 00 25 February, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Administration Division, Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, 2-1-1 Omoromachi, Naha city, Okinawa prefecture, 900-0006 Japan, TEL 098-866-0031 (ex. 2526, 2527) |
