Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Ryo Takahashi, Director of Okinawa Commemorative National Government Park Office, Okinawa General Bureau, Cabinet Office. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 15, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : FY8 Telecommunication equipment maintenance 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A or B or C or D on "provition of service" in the Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ③ Being the person who completes duties as a person of order in maintenance about facilities or check duties after 2011, and proved the observance of a contract results. ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Okinawa General Bureau, from Time limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening. ⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system. ⑥ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Cabinet Office is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 12 : 00 30 January, 2026 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 12 : 00 9 March, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : General Affairs Section, General Affairs Division, Okinawa Commemorative National Government Park Office, Okinawa General Bureau, 424 Ishikawa, Motobu town, Kunigami county, Okinawa prefecture 905-0206 Japan, TEL 0980-48-3140
