Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : SOMEYA Takenobu, the obligated officer, Director-General of Financial Bureau, General Secretariat, Supreme Court, 4-2 Hayabusa-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8651, Japan ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Design, development, operation and maintenance of systems and equipment related to the introduction of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) equipment wearing systems for defendants on bail, 1 contract ⑷ Fulfillment period : It is based on a bid description for details ⑸ Fulfillment place : It is based on a bid description for details ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ⒜not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ⒝not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ⒞be ranked as Grade A In Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ⒟have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ; and ⒠meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ⑺ The time and place of application for the qualification of ⑹ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ⑻ Time-limit for submission of proposal documents : Noon, February 2, 2026 ⑼ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., March 5, 2026 ⑽ Contact point for the notice : ISHI- BASHI, Research Section, Supplies Division, Financial Bureau, General Secretariat, Supreme Court, 4-2 Hayabusa-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8651, Japan, TEL 03-3264-5873
