⑶ Nature and quantity of the products or services to be purchased or required. : Electricity for Naha Port Joint Government Building and one other location (unit price contract) Electricity to be supplied for the Naha Port Joint Government Building, with a contract power of 464kW and an estimated annual usage of 1,202,400kWh ; and for the Nakagusuku Coast Guard Office, with a contract power of 36kW and an estimated annual usage of 112,300kWh.
⑷ Fulfillment limit : 31 March. 2027.

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall.
⒜ do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Ordinance on Budget, Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.

⒠ not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑺ Time-limit for tender ; 16 : 00, 5 February. 2026.
