Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : TOKUOKA Yumiko, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Kobe District Court, 2-2-1 Tachibana-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo 650-8575, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75 ⑶ Subject matter of the procurement contract : Cleaning of offices and any other related spaces and facilities in the courthouse of Kobe District Court, and its branches ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Place for the contracted service : As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A, B or C in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kinki region ; besides, those who have Grade C in the said classification need to be able to prove the record of experience of offering equivalent or superior service to the case of this bid notice ; ④The time and place of application for the qualification of ③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agen- cy ; ⑤meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ⑥have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ; and ⑦be a person who took a grant of a tender manual ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 4 : 00 p.m., February 10, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : NOMURA Taiga, Supplies Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Kobe District Court, 2-2-1 Tachibana-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo 650-8575, Japan, TEL 078-367-1039
