(Imperial Ordinance No. 165 of 1947) ② Have Grade A, B or C on "Offer of service, etc" in the Kyushu/Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (The common qualification for all ministries and agencies) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ③ Not be under suspension of nomination, based on the procedure of acquisition of defense equipment services, issued by Ministry of Defense. ⑹ Period for receiving bid instruction manual, etc Period : From 6 December 2025 to 28 January 2026, excluding administrative agency holidays, 9 : 00 A.M. to 5 : 00 P.M. excluding noon to 1 : 00 P.M. However, the last day is until noon.
