Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting entity : Nobuyuki Ishiguro Director, General Affairs Division of National Research Institute of Brewing ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Fiscal year 2026 Information system operation and management work. ⑷ Contract period : From 1, April, 2026 through 31, March, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Research Institute of Brewing, 3-7-1 Kagamiyama Higashihiroshima-shi Hiroshima 739-0046 Japan. ⑹ Qualifications for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 5 of the Cabinet Order concerning Contract for NRIB. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 6 of the Cabinet Order concerning Contract for NRIB. ③ Have Grade A, B, or C in "Information processing" of "Offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Chugoku area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ A participant must be a participant who is recognized as not having extremely worsened business situations or credit status and whose appropriate execution of a contract can be secured. ⑤ A participant must have engaged in operational and management duties for equipment and personnel which are equivalent scale of that of National Research Institute of Brewing over the last three years. Please note that this period shall include only the engagement period during which the participant performed the contract smoothly. ⑥ A participant must have received an ISO9001 certification concerning quality management.
