Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kuwahara Yasuo Director of the Budget and Accounts Division, General Affairs Department, Japan Patent Office ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Facility management operations at Government Buildings of Japan Patent Office 1 set ⑷ Contract period : From the date when the contract is concluded through 31 March 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As per the specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Do not come under Article 70 and Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② Have Grade A, B or C in offer of service (Building management and other maintenance/management operations) in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ③ Are not the subject of ⒜an order prohibiting them from receiving subsidies from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) ; ⒝an order prohibiting them from concluding contracts with METI ; or ⒞an order disqualifying them from bidding for METI projects conducted under the "designated bidder" system. ④ Others : As shown in the tender documentation ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 P.M. 28 January 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Okada Yuki, Facilities Management Section, Budget and Accounts Division, General Affairs Department, Japan Patent Office, 3-4-3 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8915 Japan TEL 03-3581-1101 ext. 2223
