Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting Entity : Uchiyama Toru, Director, Department of Administration, National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : About 351,900㎥ City gas supply for National Rehabilitation Center for persons with Disabilities. ⑷ Delivery period : From April, 1, 2026 through March, 31, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③ have Grade A, B or C of level in "Sale of products" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑦ have permission to be a general gas utility enterprise in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Utility Industry Law, or have registered as a gas utility enterprise in accordance with Article 37-7-2 or Article 37-9, of the same law ⑧ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ⑺ Time-limit for the tender : AM 10 : 00, January 30, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Miyashita Akira, Finance and Accounting Division, Department of Administration, National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, 4-1, Namiki Tokorozawa-shi, Saitama-ken, 359-8555, Japan.
