⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAGAI Harunobu, Director General of Tohoku Regional Agricultural Administration Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 6 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Copy paper (contract of the unit price) in the fiscal year 2026 ⑷ Delivery period : From the contract day through 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Sale of product" at Tohoku area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time limit for the submission of tenders by electronic bidding system : 1 : 30 P.M., 20 February, 2026, in case of submission by document : 1 : 30 P.M., 20 February, 2026, in case of submission by mail : 5 : 00 P.M., 19 February, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, Administration Department, Tohoku Regional Agricultural Administration Office, 3-3-1 Honcho Aoba-ku Sendai city Miyagi prefecture 980-0014 Japan.
