Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : ITOU Shigeru, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Akita District Court, 7-1-1 Sannou, Akita-shi, Akita 010-8504, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be contracted : purchase of high-voltage electricity used by Akita District Court and other 3 agencies 1 set : ①Akita District Court ; Contracted demand 239kW ; Estimated annual consumption 596,500kWh ; ②Courthouse of Oodate Branch of Akita District Court ; Contracted demand 39kW ; Estimated annual consumption 115,800kWh ; ③Courthouse of Oomagari Branch of Akita District Court ; Contracted demand 35kW ; Estimated annual consumption 89,500kWh ; and ④Courthouse of Yokote Branch of Akita District Court ; Contracted demand 41kW ; Estimated annual consumption 76,000kWh ⑷ Supply period : From April 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027 ⑸ Demand place : As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A, B or C in Selling classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Tohoku region ; besides, those who have Grade C in the said classification need to be able to prove the record of experience of selling equivalent or superior service to the case of this bid notice ; ④have a license to be a General Electricity Utility in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 2 of the retail electricity company ; ⑤meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; and ⑥have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., January 16, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TSUSHIMA Chinatsu, Procurement Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Akita District Court, 7-1-1 Sannou, Akita-shi, Akita 010-8504, Japan, TEL 018-803-0998
