The estimated electricity and contract power for the year as shown in the tender specification. ②Electric Power Supply for Moji Coast Guard Office Mekari Base and One Other Location. The estimated electricity and contract power for the year as shown in the tender specification. ⑷ Fulfillment limit : ①②31. March. 2027. ⑸ Fulfilment place : On the specification ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ; ①②have Grade A B C D of level of interest in "Selling" in Kyusyu・Okinawa・Chugoku area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027. ⑺ Has been registered as a Retail Electricity Business Operator pursuant to the provisions Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑻ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑼ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑽ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑾ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procuring system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz ⑿ Application deadline : ①②17 : 00, 15 January. 2026. ⒀ Time limit for tender. ; ①②17 : 00, 22 January. 2026. ⒁ Date, time, and place of bid opening : ①10 : 00, 23 January. 2026. ②11 : 00, 23 January. 2026.
