Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of contracts : Hiroki Yamasaki, Managing Director, the Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Kansai. ⑵ Classification number of the product to be procured : 53 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Contract for the service management of the bus (1 minibus) owned by the Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Kansai, etc. 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2030 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation"s Rules for the operation of accounting. ② have Grade A or B classification in offering services and have been qualified for the "Carrier" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation or Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year. ⑤ have a record of carrier service contracts within fiscal years 2023, 2024 and 2025. ⑥ possess all necessary resources to provide the required services. ⑺ Date of tender : 3 : 00 P.M.
