Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : FUJITA Hitoshi, Director General of Fisheries Agency ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 28 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Ship satellite phone equipment 54 set ⑷ Delivery period : 31 March, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications. ⑹ Qualification for participating in thetendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship orPerson under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A" or "B" in terms of qualification "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time limit for submission of certificates : 5 : 00 P.M., 15 January, 2026 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 1 : 59 P.M., 16 January, 2026 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M., 15 January, 2026) ⑼ Contact point for the notice : TOYA Kyohei Office of Vessels Management, Fisheries Policy Planning Department, Fisheries Agency, 1-2-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-8907 Japan.
