Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takeshi Seto Superintending Prosecutor of the Takamatsu High Public Prosecutors Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electric power to be consumed at Takamatsu common building of the Ministry of Justice and 5 other facilities (high voltage power) : Estimated annual consumption of 2,308,000kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budget, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting. Furthermore, Minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Shikoku area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027. Or Have Grade D in "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Shikoku area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027 and have a track record of supplying equal or higher electric power. ④Obtain registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 24 December, 2025. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Masayuki Irie, Procurement Section, Finance Division of Takamatsu High Public Prosecutors Office, 1-1 Marunouchi, Takamatsu-City, 760-0033, Japan.
