① Riot Police Unit, Security Department, Saitama Prefectural Police Headquart-ers : From March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027
② Saitama Prefectural Police School : From March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation
⑹ Requirements to be met for the tender :
① Do not come under the Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under the Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026, 2027.
④ Have registration in accordance with the Article 2-⑵ of the Electricity Business Act.
⑤ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender documentation that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑥ Are not being suspended from transactions by officials in charge of the contract.
⑦ Not being excluded from the government ordering business for being designated as a gangster, a business operator who is substantially a gangster, or an associate of the said busniess operator by the police authorities. Furthermore, that state should not be continuing.
⑺ Deadline for submission of the tender : 17 : 00, December 23, 2025
