Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be leased : Lease and maintenance service of multifunction printer 23 Sets ⑷ Lease and maintenance period : From 1, November, 2025 through 31, October, 2030 ⑸ Lease place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualifications for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushin"etsu region in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026, 2027 ④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in. ⑥ prove to have the ability to lease the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be leased by a third party. ⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the President may specify. ⑧ it can be performed the corresponding by the Japanese ⑺ Time limit of certificate and related document : 5 : 00 PM 31 July 2025 ⑻ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 5 August 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, Japan Student Services Organization, 6-18-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan 104-8112 TEL 03-6743-6022
