Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NARITA Koji, the Obligating Offcer, Director of Budget and Accounting Division, Minister"s secretariat, Ministry of Environment. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 73 ⑶ Nature and quantity of services to be required : Management of site tours to foster nationwide understanding of initiatives for final disposal of removed soil, etc. outside of Fukushima Prefecture and to gradually expand and deepen social acceptance of such initiatives. ⑷ Fulfilment period : as in the tender documentation. ⑸ Fulfilment place : as in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause. ; ② have Grade A, B, C or D "offer of services" ("Advertisement・Publicity" or "Others") in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ③ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 10 : 30, 31, July, 2025. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Budget and Accounts Division Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of the Environment, 1-2-2 Kasumigaseki Chiyodaku Tokyo 100-8975 Japan.
